Her research covers human assisted reproduction, including oocyte quality, ICSI, in vitro maturation, ovarian stimulation, male infertility, endometriosis and metabolomics, as well as animal reproduction, with studies in horses, cattle, buffalo and lions. She has published more than 150 papers in international journals and is a leading reference in assisted reproduction research in Brazil. He is the founder of the Israeli Medical Center (IMC) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he practices alongside his mentor, Professor David Levran, a pioneer of IVF in Israel. Before establishing IMC in 2021, he worked at Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong.\u003cbr\u003eDr. Goikhman's work sits at the intersection of reproductive genomics and innovation. His practice spans IVF, ICSI and PGT-A, and he has developed personalized stimulation protocols powered by AI and predictive algorithms.
