I3 Code of Conduct for Digital Events
The International IVF Initiative (I3) and associated volunteers will enforce this code throughout all digital events without warning and proceed with the removal of the participant from the event.
I3 does not allow the soliciting of business or products neither personal or business emails within their digital events and are dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone. This applies also to writing reviews for the events and lectures within the pages of this site.
We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.
Common decency is paramount, and harassment includes offensive comments, written or verbal, relating to:
- Age
- Deliberate intimidation
- Disability
- Ethnicity and race
- Gender and Gender Identity
- Harassment
- Physical appearance
- Religion
- Repeated disruption of presentations and discussion
- Sexual language and imagery, unwelcome sexual attention & inappropriate gestures
- Sexual orientation
We expect cooperation from all attendees and all participants to ensure a safe environment for all.
