Naval Shah:
Naval Shah is Head of Embryology Operations, Quality Assurance and Research at Indira IVF, one of India's largest IVF networks, with over 17 years of experience in clinical embryology. He leads laboratory operations, quality and research across the network, where he built its quality management system – combining structured audits, KPI dashboards, embryologist performance scorecards and digital tools such as electronic records and witnessing. He is the first author of a 2026 Reproductive BioMedicine Online paper showing that systematic standardisation and digitally enabled quality management improve both compliance and clinical performance across a multi-centre IVF network. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ), he has been an Executive Committee member of the Academy of Clinical Embryologists (ACE), India, for the last 6 years, and was Organising Secretary of ACE Agra 2026. ESHRE Young Ambassador in the past, he is a regular faculty member at ACE, ISAR and IFS meetings, with a particular interest in laboratory quality systems, embryologist performance and the connected IVF laboratory.
Dr. Yaron Goikhman
Dr. Yaron Goikhman is an Israeli obstetrician-gynecologist and reproductive medicine specialist with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He is the founder of the Israeli Medical Center (IMC) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he practices alongside his mentor, Professor David Levran, a pioneer of IVF in Israel. Before establishing IMC in 2021, he worked at Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong.
Dr. Goikhman's work sits at the intersection of reproductive genomics and innovation. His practice spans IVF, ICSI and PGT-A, and he has developed personalized stimulation protocols powered by AI and predictive algorithms. IMC went on to introduce Uzbekistan's first PGT-A program in 2022 and in 2023 became the first clinic in Central Asia to apply AI in IVF.
He is a member of ASRM, ESHRE and IFFS, a medical advisor to Blooming Eve, and a speaker on genetics and AI in fertility care.
