Dr Munevver Serdarogullari
Dr. Munevver Serdarogullari is a Scientific Director at Ventus IVF Center, with over 17 years of experience in assisted reproduction. She also serves as a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Cyprus International University. Dr. Serdarogullari holds ESHRE certification as a Clinical Embryologist.
In 2020, she was appointed as an ESHRE Young Ambassador, marking the beginning of her ongoing contribution to the society. Since then, she has been an active member of the ESHRE Journal Club Editorial Team and, from January 2022, a member of the ESHRE Nurses and Midwives Certification Steering Committee. She also contributes to the ESHRE Male Reproductive Health Initiative Core Working Group, the International Reproductive Health Education Collaboration (IRHEC) Steering Committee, and the ESHRE Female Reproductive Genetics Initiative (FeRGI) Working Group.
Dr. Serdarogullari has received the Scientific Publication Award from Cyprus International University for five consecutive years. She has authored over 50 scientific publications and continuously pursues professional development through ESHRE Continuing Professional Development Certificates since 2019. Passionate about research and innovation, she is dedicated to exploring and improving new developments and technologies in the field of reproductive medicine. Her main research interests include male infertility, time-lapse imaging technologies, and cryopreservation.
Dr Nacho Landaburu Mari
Ignacio Landaburu is a Senior Clinical Embryologist and Head of the Reproductive Medicine Laboratories at Cada Clinics in Zurich, Switzerland. He has worked in IVF laboratories for over fifteen years in the UK, Spain and Switzerland. His work focuses particularly in improving lab performance through quality management, data-driven decision-making and new technologies. Ignacio is also completing a PhD at the University of Lucerne, studying how sleep patterns and daily rhythms affect fertility. He is an active member of ESHRE, ASEBIR and the Swiss Society for Reproductive Medicine (SGRM).
Dr Yosu Franco Iriarte
The Doctor in Molecular Biology, Yosu Franco Iriarte, has developed a large part of his professional career linked to the area of Assisted Reproduction, occupying various positions of high prestige. In this sense, it is worth mentioning his work as Director of the Reproduction Laboratory of the Ruber International Hospital, where his main functions consisted of developing the Research Area, promoting the international market and encouraging the use of new technologies.
His leadership and management skills enabled him to occupy the same position at the Centro Sanitario Virgen del Pilar and to direct the Basque Fertility Institute. He has also been a member of the Fertility Preservation Interest Group of the Spanish Fertility Society (SEF).

Dr Daniela Braga
Dr. Daniela Paes de Almeida Ferreira Braga, DVM, PhD, is a veterinarian and reproductive scientist with over 150 scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals. She holds a PhD in Medical Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo (Escola Paulista de Medicina) and is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in Animal Reproduction at São Paulo University (USP). Dr. Braga serves as Scientific Director at Instituto Sapientiae – Center for Studies and Research in Assisted Reproduction, where she also coordinates courses in Reproductive Biotechnology and Scientific Literature in Assisted Reproduction. She is Co-Founder of Science for EveryMind, a scientific consulting company, and Equinvitro, a laboratory dedicated to equine reproduction. Her work bridges human and animal assisted reproduction, with research focused on oocyte quality, embryo development, and the application of artificial intelligence in reproductive medicine.
