Dr. Dan Nayot
Dr Dan Nayot is a practicing Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility (REI) Specialist at The Reproductive Care Centre in Canada and the Medical Director at The Fertility Partners, a North American network of IVF clinics. He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at Future Fertility. Dr. Nayot completed his BSc Mathematics at University of Toronto, MD at Western University, Master of Clinical Epidemiology at Harvard, FRCSC in ObGyn at University of Toronto, and REI Fellowship at McGill University. He is committed to innovation and data-driven research to optimize the patient experience and expand access to fertility care. With Future Fertility, he brings his extensive knowledge in medicine and mathematics together to solve the gaps he has experienced in over a decade of clinical practice.
Dr. Sony Sierra
Dr. Sony Sierra is a Toronto-based reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist whose clinical and academic work focuses on infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, implantation failure, and fertility preservation, including elective oocyte cryopreservation. Her clinical practice integrates advanced reproductive technologies with individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches aimed at optimizing outcomes while supporting patients through complex reproductive decision-making.
Dr. Sierra has contributed extensively to clinical research and national guideline development in reproductive medicine and has served on Canadian clinical guideline committees addressing key areas of fertility care. She is a Past President of the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS), where she advanced professional standards, education, and national advocacy in reproductive health. Actively engaged in academic teaching and invited speaking, Dr. Sierra is committed to patient-centered care, rigorous clinical practice, and the thoughtful translation of emerging scientific evidence into reproductive medicine.
Jullin Fjeldstad
Jullin Fjeldstad began her fertility career at the Victoria Fertility Centre in 2007, quickly becoming a senior embryologist and successfully holding the position of laboratory director for several years. She has a BSc. in Biology from the University of Victoria, Canada and a MSc. in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds, UK; achieving distinction in both areas. She has always held a passion for innovative ART technologies aimed to improve the fertility journey and patient IVF outcomes. Today, Jullin VP of Clinical Embryology & Scientific Operations for Future Fertility. She works closely with partnering clinics to ensure smooth onboarding of innovative AI-based tools within their laboratories. Additionally, she oversees Future Fertility’s scientific project collaborations, bringing research findings to international fertility conferences.
Isabel Puerta Vega
As an Embryology Specialist at Future Fertility, Isabel supports IVF clinics through onboarding, training, and ongoing scientific and technical guidance. Based in Spain, she works closely with clinical teams to integrate non-invasive, AI-powered oocyte quality assessment into routine laboratory workflows, promoting greater standardization, objectivity, and confidence in embryology decision-making.
Dr. Jose María Puerta Sanabria
They currently serve as principal investigator of the international multicenter study ENDOmetriosis BIOmarker Identification through Deep Omics Profiling (ENDOBIO-ID), and are the promoter of endogene.bio. In addition, they have participated in three prior research projects at the University of Granada examining the pathophysiology of endometriosis. Their clinical and research expertise is complemented by specialized ultrasound training in endometriosis at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona under the coordination of Dr. Cristina Ros Cerro, and five years of professional experience as a member of the medical team at Hospital Ruber Juan Bravo 39 in Madrid, a national reference center for endometriosis. They have also contributed to patient education as editor of the Endometriosis Patient Handbook for the EIRE Group and have organized multiple workshops, colloquiums, and webinars on endometriosis at Clínica Sanabria.
Dr. Demian Glujovsky
Dr. Demián Glujovsky is a specialist in reproductive medicine, renowned both nationally and internationally. With two decades of experience, he currently holds the position of Scientific Director and plays a pivotal role as a valuable member of the senior medical staff at Cegyr (Eugin group) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 2005, Dr. Glujovsky has been delivering exceptional patient care and has garnered a reputation for his unwavering commitment to reproductive health. Additionally, Dr. Glujovsky serves as the Director and Founder of Fertility Argentina, where he takes care of the international patients at Cegyr. His extensive training includes prestigious reproductive centers in the United States, including Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey (now IVIRMA) and the Center for Women’s Reproductive Care at Columbia University in New York City. With approximately 50 published papers in renowned international journals, Dr. Glujovsky is recognized as a prominent researcher in the field of reproductive medicine. His contributions have significantly advanced the understanding and practice of reproductive health, solidifying his position as an authority in the field.
